DAVIS LIU, MDChief Clinical Officer
Davis Liu, MD is a board certified family physician, patient advocate, physician leader, blogger, and the author of two books, including The Thrifty Patient – Vital Insider Tips for Saving Money and Staying Healthy. He’s passionate about making healthcare more convenient, personalized, and affordable. Prior to joining, Dr. Liu was a practicing primary-care doctor for fifteen years at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, California. He also served on the Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) Board of Directors as Vice Chair of the Finance and Audit committee and the Governance committee. Dr. Liu graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
Matt Walvick, DOPhysician
Dr. Matthew Walvick, D.O. is a board certified Internal Medicine physician. He completed his undergraduate education at UCLA. He received his medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at UCSF's Fresno Medical Education Program. Prior to joining Lemonaid Health, Dr. Walvick was a practicing primary care physician at John Muir Health and then doing house calls with the start-up Heal. Dr. Walvick is excited to be a part of the Lemonaid Health team making healthcare refreshingly simple.
Vijay Bhat, MDPhysician
Vijay Bhat, MD is a board certified internal medicine physician who is passionate about providing quality medical care that’s affordable for patients. He believes that integrating technology and medicine can make healthcare efficient and more accessible. Throughout his training Dr. Bhat was involved with global health initiatives, providing care to underprivileged communities locally and overseas. He’s also been a strong proponent of quality improvement in the medical field. Dr. Bhat graduated with a BS from the University of California Berkeley, and received his medical degree from Stony Brook University in New York. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson.
Kimberly Hildebrant, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Kimberly Hildebrant, ARNP is a board certified Family Nurse practitioner. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Nursing from Duquesne University. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner in the field of Infectious Disease as well as HIV for 4 years. She has over 13 years of experience as a critical care nurse. Kimberly is passionate about providing affordable healthcare to all individuals to ensure that all can live their best life. She is an advocate for preventative care and early treatment to avoid lasting illness.
Emily Youngblood, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Emily Youngblood is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is passionate about meeting the needs of under-served patients, patient advocacy, and evidenced-based care. Prior to joining Lemonaid, Emily started a novel preventive cardiology program at a major New York City teaching hospital. Before that she worked as a family nurse practitioner in both private and corporate settings in New York City. She has an extensive bedside nursing back ground in acute care; in both cardiac and critical care settings. Emily graduated with a masters degree in family practice from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a bachelors degree in nursing from New York University. Both degrees were conferred with honors. She is excited to be serving the needs of patients in unique and smart ways with Lemonaid.
Trisha Dmytruk, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Trisha Dmytruk BA, BSN, RNC-OB, ARNP is a board-certified Family Nurse practitioner. She has a diverse background to include 16 years of military service, retiring as a Captain in United States Army. She graduated with honors with a degree in Nursing from Lourdes University in Sylvania Ohio. She also graduated with honors with a master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on family practice from Catholic University in Washington DC. She is an experienced nurse practitioner in the field of Women’s Health as well as opening the first OBGYN urgent care in NC providing obstetrical, gynecological and primary care to women across the life spectrum. She has over 20 years of experience as a nursing leader, obstetric and critical care nurse in the acute care setting. Trisha is passionate about providing accessible, convenient and affordable healthcare to all individuals. She advocates for simplifying access to affordable health care and expanding healthcare services in the arena of Telemedicine.
Sara Seeley, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Sara Seeley, ARNP is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Ball State University and Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Walsh University. She has a total of 12 years nursing and nurse practitioner experience including Emergency Department, Pediatrics, Surgery and Employee Health. Being a native Midwesterner from a rural environment, she understands how difficult it can be to access quality healthcare. Sara came to San Francisco to work in Telemedicine and is excited to be part of a group so passionate about providing quality healthcare at an affordable price to as many people as possible.
Tim Ryder, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Tim Ryder, NP-C is a board certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. He graduated with an Associates and Bachelor of Science as well as a Masters of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN. Prior to joining Lemonaid Health Tim worked hard at providing efficient, compassionate evidence based care in various capacities such as Urgent Care as well as almost 4 years practicing Internal Medicine as an Acute Care Hospitalist at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He also has over 8 years of experience as a RN in Case Management, ICU, and Hospice. Tim believes deeply in using technology to make healthcare more efficient, convenient, personalized, and affordable.
Andre Tarin, ARNPNurse Practitioner
Andre Tarin is a Nurse Practitioner who received Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology and Nursing before earning his Masters of Science Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Andre has years of clinical experience from various hospitals in critical care, but has always had a passion to work in telemedicine after completing his master’s. Since completing his master’s, he gained clinical experience while working in family medicine and urgent care. Andre also has extensive experience in dermatology, managing acute and chronic skin diseases using diverse treatment modalities. In his spare time, Andre enjoys watching movies, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Alex Pandajis, DNP, APRNNurse Practitioner
Alex Pandajis, DNP, APRN, is a doctorally prepared, board certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She completed both her bachelor’s and doctorate with high honors at Quinnipiac University. She spent eight years learning, studying and pushing herself to become the first School of Nursing student to go straight from a bachelor’s degree in nursing to a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), the highest degree in the profession. While completing her doctorate, she worked at Smilow Cancer Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health, ranked among the best in the nation for cancer by U.S. News & World Report. Upon graduation, she became the first DNP graduate to earn the prestigious VA Center of Excellence Primary Care Fellowship from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. During her fellowship year, she collaborated alongside physicians, conducted research and was named an author on a published paper. While in practice, her experience continued to expand outside the clinical setting as she taught as a nursing professor to help shape the future generation of nurses. With her combined 11 years in healthcare, varying from, the Operating Room, Oncology, Primary Care, Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement, and teaching, Alex is eager to deliver accessible, evidenced based care across the nation through a modern telemedicine platform.
Brittany Ryder, FNP-BCNurse Practitioner
Brittany Ryder, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She completed both her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing at Southern Adventist University, graduating summa cum laude. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner for 10 years in the fields of primary care, OB-GYN, and dermatology. Prior to obtaining her masters degree Brittany worked as an RN in a medical/surgical/telemetry unit, Neonatal ICU, and surgery. She also served as the MSN clinical coordinator at Southern Adventist University. Brittany is passionate about providing high quality, affordable care to all individuals; and is excited to be on the forefront of medicine by working in telehealth.
Dina Laveaux, APRNNurse Practitioner
Dina Laveaux, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a graduate from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where she obtained both a Bachelor of Science as well as a Masters of Science in Nursing. Dina also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of Florida. Dina has experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care. Dina is beyond excited to embark on this telemedicine journey in order to be able to reach more patients for their healthcare needs. Dina’s hobbies include traveling, trying out new food recipes and most importantly spending time with her friends and family.
Danielle Jansen, APRNNurse Practitioner
Danielle Jansen, is an accomplished ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from rural Southeast Missouri. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University in Kansas CIty and a Master of Science in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. She has over 11 cumulative years of nursing experience in various areas of patient care including cardiac, digestive health, hospice, medical surgical and family medicine. Danielle is a thoughtful and dedicated practitioner who is passionate about her role in changing the future of healthcare. She is excited to be a part of the Lemonaid team providing affordable, innovative telehealth services to all populations and increasing access to those rural communities that need help the most. In her personal time away from work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time at home with her 2 cats and 2 dogs.
DawnaHead of Patient Operations
Dawna Blocher joined Lemonaid Health in 2019 as Head of Patient Operations to bring her passion for service to healthcare. With more than 20 years experience in building successful customer-focused teams, she is excited to bring her expertise to help create a healthcare experience that exceeds every customer’s expectations, otherwise known as WOW-ing here at Lemonaid. Prior to joining the Lemonaid team, Dawna held leadership positions at FCR, Checkr, Naturebox, and other customer-centric organizations. When she's not busy WOW-ing patients, you'll find her at the theater, traveling to new destinations, or training for her next 1/2 Marathon.
EliseSenior Patient Support Specialist
Elise joined Lemonaid because she believes healthcare should be accessible and affordable to everyone! With extensive professional healthcare experience, Elise has spent the last decade as an advocate for the highest quality patient care in specialties like gynecology, internal medicine, and otolaryngology and has excelled in various roles such as office manager, surgery coordinator, and front office coordinator. She feels every patient should be treated with kindness and understanding, and she brings this attitude to work every day. Aside from her medical background, she’s also a professional musician and enjoys living life to the fullest with a smile on her face.
ChristenPatient Support Team
Christen graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Prior to joining the Lemonaid Health team, she wore many hats - working in the fields of hospitality, education, and real estate - with the unifying theme of her work being people- and service-focused. It has always been Christen's passion to help others, as well as to foster environments of honesty, integrity, understanding, and respect. These ideals drew her to Lemonaid's mission of providing affordable, accessible healthcare to people all across the country. In her spare time, Christen loves road-tripping to warm, sunny locales, watching shows about food and home renovation, going to the gym, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family (two fur babies included).
JillPatient Support Team
Jill graduated from West Chester University in West Chester, PA with a B.A. in English with a minor in Creative Writing. She later went on to receive a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trident University in California. Jill was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and recently moved across the country to Phoenix, AZ. While Jill has an extensive background in hospitality, sales, and customer service, she wanted to transition into a field that would allow her to help people in a more significant way. Jill was excited to join the Lemonaid Health team as she strongly believes in its mission: healthcare should be convenient and easily accessible to everyone. Jill enjoys hiking the beautiful Arizona mountains, painting and traveling.
BobbyPatient Support Team
With 4 years of prior experience in customer care and pharmacy services, Bobby started with Lemonaid Pharmacy in March of 2019. To bring both worlds together, he transitioned over to the Patient Support Team in January of 2020 to pursue his passion for providing top-tier customer service, otherwise known as "WOWing" here at Lemonaid. Outside of helping patients, you can catch Bobby lacing up some skates and hitting up the ice rink, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
BrittanyPatient Support Team
Brittany attended Heald College back in 2010 in Concord, California for Information Technology, but changed tracks when she joined the healthcare industry in 2016. Starting off as an Office Assistant at a major healthcare company, Brittany soon realized that healthcare was the field she wanted to pursue. In 2019, she moved back to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue her dreams and joined the Lemonaid team! Brittany loves working with and helping people, and is excited to provide the best possible support when patients need it the most.

Catherine’s been in customer service for 10+ years and is also a licensed pharmacy technician! Prior to Lemonaid she worked for other startup companies, primarily in fin tech as a customer support specialist. Catherine has a passion for helping others, and was excited to join Lemonaid Health where she could showcase her customer service experience. Of course, she also strongly believes that everyone should have affordable and accessible healthcare! In Catherine’s spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, going to the gym, and dancing Samba. In the springtime, you might spot her her dancing in the SF Carnaval parade!

Carla joined the Lemonaid Health Patient Support Team in 2020 because she believes in the mission of helping people access affordable healthcare. With over 15 years of customer experience, Carla is on the front lines when it comes to communicating with patients and always strives to provide compassionate, effective support. When Carla’s not helping patients, she can be found curating her vinyl collection.
Mitchell Creinin, MDClinical Expert
Mitchell Creinin, MD is Director of Family Planning at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Creinin is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist. Following a residency at UCSF in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Creinin completed a Family Planning fellowship. He has conducted clinical trials with NIH, CDC, USAID, WHO, foundation and pharmaceutical funding and has more than 20 years of clinical expertise as a family planning specialist. Dr. Creinin provides expert input and advice to the clinical and product development teams but does not himself provide any care to our patients.
Irwin Goldstein, MDClinical Expert
Irwin Goldstein, MD has been involved with sexual dysfunction research since the late 1970's and has authored more than 350 publications in the field. His interests include penile microvascular bypass surgery, surgery for dyspareunia, sexual health management post cancer treatment, physiologic investigation of sexual function in men and women, and diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction in men and women. Dr. Goldstein is Director of Sexual Medicine at Alvarado Hospital, Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of California, San Diego and practices medicine at San Diego Sexual Medicine. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Sexual Medicine Reviews and past Editor of The Journal of Sexual Medicine. He is President of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health and a Past President of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. In 2014 Dr. Goldstein received the ISSM Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society for Sexual Medicine, and in 2009, 2012, 2013, he received other lifetime achievement awards from different associations for this work. He holds a degree in engineering from Brown University and received his medical degree from McGill University.
Charlene Kakimoto, MDClinical Expert
Charlene Kakimoto, MD is a board-certified dermatologist—passionate about the opportunity and promise of telemedicine for patients and the future of healthcare—and thrives helping like-minded, visionary professionals to improve access to high quality, affordable care. Recently Dr. Kakimoto served as Chief Medical Officer for acne and anti-aging start-up Curology, which specializes in custom, prescription skincare. She served as Associate Professor of Dermatology for the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD and Director of Outpatient Dermatology Clinic, Dermatology Residency Training Program, Navy Medical Center in San Diego. She has lectured and is published extensively in her field. Dr. Kakimoto graduated from Vassar College with a degree in English Literature and received both her MD and MS in Health Communication from Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed Internal Medicine Internship and Dermatology Residency at the Navy Medical Center in San Diego, CA. Dr. Kakimoto provides expert input and advice to the clinical team but does not herself provide care to our patients.
Richard Cross, MDClinical Expert
Richard Cross, MD, is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Cross is a board-certified Psychiatrist. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Texas / US Air Force combined program in San Antonio, Texas. He has eighteen years of clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, and consultation/liaison settings. He has directed a training seminar in community mental health for psychiatry residents for eight years. Dr. Cross provides expert input and advice to the clinical and product development teams but does not himself provide any care to our patients.
Mona Amini, MD, MBAClinical Expert
Mona Amini, MD, MBA, is a board-certified Psychiatrist with numerous clinical and administrative appointments. She completed her Psychiatry residency at the Banner University Medical Center- Phoenix and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine- Phoenix. She specializes in telemedicine and digital health consulting, but has also has extensive experience in providing clinical care in outpatient, acute inpatient, substance abuse rehabilitation, and consultation/liaison settings. Dr. Amini provides expert input and advice to the clinical and product development teams but does not herself provide care to our patients.
