Message your care team, or book a phone or video visit. Some states require a video visit, and we'll let you know. Lemonaid Health has acquired Dr. B Longevity. Your weight loss and GLP-1 treatment continues with U.S.-licensed providers, and so do your prior authorizations and your monthly refills.
Treatment with Lemonaid Health requires an online consultation with a U.S.-licensed medical provider to determine if a prescription is appropriate. Individual results vary. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Longevity is the program name; this page describes prescription weight loss and GLP-1 treatment only.

Yes. Your Dr. B Longevity treatment continues with Lemonaid Health: a U.S.-licensed Lemonaid provider reviews your current prescription and continues it where it remains appropriate. After that, your medication is refilled every month without a follow-up appointment, and your care team will contact you if anything needs to change.
Prior authorizations continue. If you use insurance for your medication, the Lemonaid Health team keeps submitting and renewing prior authorizations on your behalf. Your insurer still makes the coverage decision, and prices vary with coverage and pharmacy.
You pick the format: message your Lemonaid care team, or book a phone or video visit with a U.S.-licensed provider. Some states require a video visit before a prescription can be issued, and we'll tell you if yours does.
You now pay $50/mo membership. Medication is billed separately. What you pay for medication depends on what your provider prescribes and whether you use insurance or cash pay, and the price for each medication is listed in the prescription options section of this page.
Longevity is the name Dr. B used for this program. The care itself is unchanged: prescription weight loss and GLP-1 treatment from U.S.-licensed Lemonaid Health providers. We make no anti-aging or life-extension claims for it.
GLP-1 receptor agonist weight loss medications are prescription treatments for adults with a BMI of 27 or above. (Some people with a BMI of 25 or above and a related health condition may qualify for some forms of GLP-1 medications.) Some people shouldn't take these medications even if they have this BMI. A Lemonaid provider will let you know whether treatment is appropriate for you.
