About Viagra

What is Viagra?

Viagra is a PDE-5 inhibitor approved by the FDA to treat erectile dysfunction. Viagra is the brand name of the specific drug made by Pfizer. The active chemical in Viagra is sildenafil citrate.

Can I get Viagra online?

Lemonaid allows you to buy genuine Viagra online by completing an online doctor visit to get a prescription from a doctor licensed in a state that you are in. We can send that prescription to our partner mail order pharmacy who will deliver it to your door. To get started you can use our erectile dysfunction service.

3 different strengths

Viagra comes in 3 different strengths/dosages: 25mg, 50mg, 100mg. If you use Lemonaid we’ll typically recommend you try the 50mg pill first. In discussion with your Lemonaid doctor, we can then adjust the Viagra strength if necessary based on your experience.

We don’t recommend you cut or split pills to save money. If you want to save money you should ask our doctors to prescribe a low cost alternative that costs $2/pill from our partner mail order pharmacy.

How to take Viagra

Take 1 Viagra pill one hour before sex. Never take more than one pill in the same day.

Grapefruit can increase the risk that you experience side effects, so don’t eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice on the same day as using Viagra.

Viagra side effects

Like all medicines, Viagra comes with a risk of side effects. If we prescribe Viagra it’s so important that you read the treatment plan we send you before you take the medicine. We provide a more detailed list of the side effects in our treatment plan.

Headache, upset stomach, flushing, minor changes in vision, nasal congestion, back and muscle pain, nausea, mild dizziness, and rash are the common side effects. The good news is these side effects often go away on their own but you should seek medical care if they don’t go away on their own. If you experience these Viagra side effects you should also let us know so that we can advise you accordingly.
