Compounded tirzepatide is administered by subcutaneous injection. You will receive instructions on how to administer the medication. It is important to follow the dosing schedule and instructions provided to achieve the best results and minimize side effects. Injection should only occur 1 time per week. Dosage schedules at different frequencies are against safety recommendations.

The cost of your medication will depend on the membership term and the prescribed medication. Monthly membership terms are $49/month.

For compounded tirzepatide:
• Monthly: $299 per month (billed separately)

For compounded tirzepatide microdoses:
• Monthly: $199 per month (billed separately)

Other medications, such as Metformin ($90/ 3 months), Ozempic^® ($1,199/month) and Wegovy^® ($1,599/month), are also billed separately and are not included in the membership plans.

Zepbound^® single-dose vials are offered via LillyDirect^® and are available as a cash pay-only offering starting at $299/mo for the 2.5 mg dose. LillyDirect^® has the ability to change the price. Unlike our other weight loss medication options we offer, Zepbound^® single-dose vials are delivered, charged, and managed separately via LillyDirect^®.

Standard GLP-1 prescriptions follow a "one-size-fits-all" schedule, increasing your dosage from a standard dosage until a maximum maintenance dosage. Lemonaid Health's microdosing uses smaller doses that are capped at 25% of the standard maintenance dose. This allows for a gradual, customized pace that aims to achieve weight loss goals while minimizing side effects.

Under a clinical-guidance weight loss plan, patients will use lower doses of GLP-1/GIP medication to lose weight while helping to minimize the likelihood of side effects.
